The Erasmus+ project “Mindful Youth” was disseminated through two impactful events. First, during Erasmus Days, secondary school students participated in interactive activities designed to raise awareness about mental health and mindfulness. These activities highlighted the challenges young people face in the digital era and provided practical strategies for maintaining mental well-being.
Later, during the Open Days event, the project was shared with both students and their parents. This broader audience engagement underscored the project’s significance, fostering dialogue on mental health within families. The dissemination successfully emphasized the importance of nurturing mindfulness to navigate the demands of the digital age.
