On March 23rd, Sonríe a Europa organized a dissemination event aimed at sharing the key outcomes and opportunities of our Erasmus+ project. The event began with a series of energizers designed to create a welcoming and interactive environment, encouraging participant engagement.
Following this, we conducted an information session to present the project’s objectives, methodologies, and results. Participants were introduced to the comprehensive set of materials compiled by our partners and the Jump Association, which were made accessible on their online platform. This provided attendees with valuable resources to further explore the project’s themes.
One of the highlights of the event was a workshop on mindfulness and well-being in the digital age. This session emphasized the importance of mental health and self-care, particularly in today’s fast-paced digital world. Participants actively engaged in discussions and a collective meditation exercise, fostering both awareness and relaxation.
Additionally, we provided information on Erasmus+ KA1 mobility opportunities, including youth exchanges and training courses. These programs were met with great interest, as students recognized the potential benefits of international mobility for their personal and professional growth.
The event concluded with a group reflection session, where participants shared their experiences, insights, and key takeaways. This final discussion reinforced the importance of youth participation, lifelong learning, and cross-cultural exchange, further inspiring attendees to engage in future Erasmus+ opportunities.
Overall, the dissemination event successfully raised awareness about the project while promoting personal development and active youth involvement in European programs.
